These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vovin mobile application (the “App”) and related services provided by the developer of Vovin (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The App is not directed to anyone under 18.
Vovin helps you organize clothing, build outfits, and track wardrobe details on your device. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account on your devices. Notify us at JustinLeee@outlook.ph if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You retain ownership of photos, text, and other material you submit to the App (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the App on your device. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third party’s rights or these Terms.
The App may offer optional paid digital products through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms, including:
All purchases are processed by the applicable store. By completing a purchase, you authorize the store to charge your designated payment method under the store’s terms. Digital items are licensed for personal use inside Vovin only. They have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash outside the App except where required by law.
Virtual currency (such as coins) is a limited license to access in-app features. Balances may increase when you earn currency through in-app activity or acquire consumable packs, and decrease when you spend currency. We may modify earn rates, spend rules, or available uses. Unused virtual currency does not constitute a stored-value account. Deleting the App or clearing local data may result in loss of balances unless restored according to store and App rules.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your store account is charged for renewal within the window permitted by the store. Subscription benefits continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation. Free trials or promotional periods, if offered, are subject to the store’s rules and may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled in time.
Use Restore purchases in Settings after reinstalling the App or changing devices to re-apply eligible non-consumable unlocks and active subscriptions tied to your store account, subject to store validation. Consumable virtual currency generally is not restored after it has been used. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, Google, or the relevant store; we cannot issue platform payment refunds directly.
The App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or brand except as necessary to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the End User License Agreement.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy for Vovin, available in the App under Settings. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT OUTFIT SUGGESTIONS OR YOUR CONTENT ARE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY OCCASION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR IN-APP PURCHASES THROUGH THE AUTHORIZED STORE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF YOU MADE NO SUCH PURCHASES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our developers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in Settings where available. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at JustinLeee@outlook.ph to try to resolve the dispute informally. Where permitted, you and we agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of your country of residence unless applicable law requires a different forum.
